• All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Special factory-direct wholesale rates are available upon request via WhatsApp.
4️⃣ Orders & Payments
• Orders are confirmed only after successful COD verification or advance payment confirmation.
• We proudly accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across all cities and regions of Pakistan.
• Noor e Bano reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, incomplete address details, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5️⃣ Shipping & Delivery
• We offer FREE Delivery all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners (TCS, Leopards, PostEx, and Trax).
• Estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 business days after order dispatch.
• Delays caused by severe weather, courier operational issues, or national holidays are beyond our control.
6️⃣ Returns & Refunds
• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery under our 7-Day Return Policy.
• Returns will not be accepted for change of mind or used/washed items.
• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
